About me
I began my corporate HR career over 16 years ago as a temporary employee who was only hired to be in the role for 90 days and was brought on making $9.50/hr. Needless to say, I stayed a little bit longer than my initial contract of 90 days, received 3 promotions within my first year and soon weathered the storms of layoffs, mergers & acquisitions, my navigating single parenthood, a cancer scare but more importantly I gained a deeper and direct understanding of God’s grace and favor over my life as He took me in rooms that only He could open doors to. In those rooms I was blessed and fortunate enough to encounter some the greatest leaders and mentors who poured into me more than I could imagine. Now it is my turn to coach, develop and support others in the manner I have been nurtured. My focus and passions are centered in assisting women of faith successfully navigating and growing their careers in the workplace.
